Hi! I'm Alicia,

I’m the founder and owner of Soul In Motion Therapy. I work as a therapist helping my clients make sense of their circumstances, gain tools for self-healing, identify and connect with their own inner resources, and pursue a life of wellness and fulfillment.

I believe in the power of individual healing and growth in making the world a better place for all and I am deeply honored to be a part of that journey with others.

In my spare time, my greatest joys are communing with nature, spending time with loved ones, reading a good book (or binging a great tv series), exploring the world both near and far, and finding new pathways toward healing and wholeness for myself and others. I also love to dance my face off, though admittedly would like to make it more of a priority.

Hi! I'm Chris,

I am the founder and owner of Soul In Motion Coaching. While I am firstly a Life Coach who supports clients undergoing life transitions or are wanting to make life changes, I also tend to draw clients who want to explore their unique spiritual values. Often, these clients may not feel particularly connected to a religious tradition or are wanting more spiritual nuance than they’ve experienced in their tradition. Aiding in this endeavor, I offer Spiritual Development Group Coaching to help connect those on the spiritual journey to each other for support, insight, and a place to belong.

At the end of the day (a phrase I love), I am energized by client-led discussions that explore the deeper areas of meaning and purpose that are foundational to living an emotionally healthy and vibrant life.

At my core, I am a creative who loves to compose, record, and perform music.  I am a guitar player by trade who has spent the last couple decades investing in the Indian sitar and am always busy finding ways to merge my many musical loves (Indian/Arabic, Rock, & Electronica). Outside of music, I enjoy doing everything my wife enjoys doing alongside her because she has all the good ideas.
