Transition Coaching

While transition coaching can be seen as a specific focus, it is typically the ethos within which most life coaching takes place.  Life is full of change (wanted or not) and life coaching, more than anything, is aimed at facilitating the kind of processing that identifies and leverages the power of choice amidst change.  For change to be healthy, it must involve thoughtful and intentional transitions and my goal as a life coach is to offer support for people wanting to explore and process any transition they feel to be challenging and/or significant.  This kind of support helps clarify the client’s needs/goals and reduces the distress clients may experience during such transitions. Whether it be the end or beginning of a relationship, career, or mindset – a coaching approach that prioritizes space for people to look deeply at perspectives and choices that impact transition can be very helpful.  Significant life change demands significant courage, and my aim is to provide a context within which the client can identify and explore their personal efficacy.
